Designed and engineered in the USA, each receiver is precision machined from a forged 4140 tool steel blank through an intensive eight-hour CNC machining process. Receivers are then heat treated and quality inspected in the United States to ensure exceptional durability, consistency, and long-term reliability.

The KVARA receiver is professionally heat treated by a certified metallurgical facility with more than 70 years of experience supporting advanced automotive and defense applications. Final hardness is brought to approximately 43 Rockwell for an ideal balance of strength and toughness.

Finished in black oxide for corrosion resistance, the receiver is ready for your preferred final finish during the barreling and build process.
